These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Grammar AI – Fix your messages application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The App corrects grammar, spelling and punctuation in the texts you submit. Corrections are generated automatically by AI models: they may be inaccurate or change the meaning of the text, so always review the result before using it. The App is not a substitute for professional proofreading or translation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
3. Your Texts
You keep all rights to the texts you submit. You are responsible for their content and confirm that you have the right to submit them. Do not submit content that is illegal, violates the rights of others, or contains sensitive personal information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and not to submit texts automatically in bulk.
5. Advertising
The App is free of charge and shows advertising provided by third parties (Google AdMob).
6. Disclaimer and Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including the accuracy of corrections and the uninterrupted availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or from reliance on its corrections.
7. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these Terms or puts the service at risk.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
