Delete your account and data
Grammar AI – Fix your messages · Last updated: 21.10.2026
This page explains what Grammar AI – Fix your messages stores on our server and how to have it deleted.
1. What is stored
Grammar AI does not ask you to register. Our server keeps only:
- An anonymous account created automatically on first launch: a random identifier (the User ID on the Profile screen) and the technical sign-in data generated by the App.
- Usage records: analytics events such as app starts, screens opened and errors.
2. What is not stored
The texts you check are not saved in our database: they are used only to produce the correction and may remain in technical server logs for a limited time. Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob under its own policies; you can reset or delete the advertising ID of your device in the Android settings (Google → Ads).
3. How to request deletion
Open the App, go to Profile in the side menu and copy your User ID. Send it to the support email below and say whether you want the account and all its data deleted, or only the usage records. Without the User ID we cannot tell which anonymous account is yours.
Uninstalling the App removes the data stored on your device, but not the records on our server.
4. What happens after a request
Requests are processed within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days. We keep only the record of the request itself and anonymous aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
